"اللجنة التنسيقية للحقوق العمالية والحريات النقابية المصرية، تتوجه بالتحية الثورية إلى نضال وكفاح وانتفاضة الشعب التونسي العظيم وإلى الشهداء اللذين عبدوا بدمائهم هذه الانتفاضة الباسلة والملهمه إلى عمال وشعوب العالم المقهورة للإقتداء بها من أجل إنتزاع حقوقهم فى حق العمل وفى الحرية والديمقراطية والكرامة الوطنية.
ونحن عمال مصر ومنتجيها نعلن دعمنا الكامل ومساندتنا الثورية لهذه الانتفاضة المظفرة للشعب التونسي ضد نظام القهر والإستبداد والفساد.”

A Statement to the Tunisian Union of Workers and the Great Tunisian People
Cairo, 12th January 2011
Today 12th January 2011, the Coordination Committee of Labor Rights and Trade Union Freedom meet in its regular monthly meeting. Number of male and female workers from different 16 Egyptian governorates attended the meeting and decided after negotiating and analyzing the ongoing incidents in Tunisia. These incidents added to the struggle of the Tunisian people to gain their rights in work and democracy. The Committee decided to send the following letter to the freedom fighters from Tunisian workers, people and members of the Labor Union in Tunisia.
"The Egyptian Coordination Committee of Labor Rights and Trade Union Freedom is sending a revolutionary salute for the struggle, endeavor and uprising the Great Tunisian People and to the martyrs who served with their bloods this brave and inspiring uprising to all workers and nations of the world who are oppressed to follow them in order to gain their rights in work, freedom, democracy and national dignity.
We Egyptian workers declare our full revolutionary support to this Tunisian uprising against the regime of oppression, tyranny and corruption"
